This dip is refreshing and sure to be a hit at any party on your fresh vegetable spreads, chips or crackers. Blend with 16 oz. of sour cream and dip in! Also great to infuse with butter and use as a tasty complement to your favorite fish dish, a dip for chicken tenders, salad dressing or as a dry rub for pork.
Dip: Mix package with 8 oz. sour cream and 8 oz. mayonnaise. Great with chips, crackers or fresh vegetables
Vinaigrette: Mix package with 1 part vinegar, 3 parts extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and use as a dressing or baste for grilled veggies.
Infused butter: Mix package with 1 lb. softened butter. Blend until butter is light and fluffy. Spoon butter mixture onto plastic wrap and form into log. Refrigerate until butter is firm. When firm, slice and use with fish or vegetables.
Cheese ball: Blend 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/3 stick butter and half package of spice blend in bowl. Loosely form a ball and chill in freezer until firm. Roll cheeseball in chopped walnuts and 1/4 cup parsley flakes. Serve with crackers, flat bread, or baguette.
